1Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the phwow platform to access our services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds, including deposited money and bonus credits, available in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free spins, free bets, or other incentives provided by phwow to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a Player into their Account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, or other methods accepted by phwow.

• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with phwow and uses our services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Players attempting to access phwow from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may have their Accounts terminated and funds confiscated. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. phwow does not accept Players from countries or territories where online gambling is illegal.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with phwow. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether using different names, addresses, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other method to circumvent this restriction, is strictly prohibited. If phwow discovers that a Player has opened multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate any deposited funds. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse and maintain fair gaming conditions for all Players.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify phwow immediately of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds. phwow reserves the right to verify the information you provide through third-party verification services and may request supporting documentation at any time.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions taken. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify phwow customer support. Failure to secure your Account may result in financial losses for which phwow cannot be held liable.

3Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

phwow accepts deposits through various payment methods popular among Filipino Players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100), though this amount may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phwow reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer to process depending on the sending bank and may require one (1) to three (3) business days for funds to be reflected in your Account. phwow does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your phwow Account must originate from legitimate sources that belong to you personally. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, funds belonging to third parties, or funds that you do not have legal authority to use. phwow reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposited funds and may request documentation proving the legitimacy of such funds. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source.

4Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your phwow Account, you must have completed full Account verification including submission of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by phwow. You must also have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with deposited funds or active bonuses. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. phwow does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and approved, phwow strives to process payments within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfers may require up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and verification procedures, which may extend processing times. phwow reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of any necessary investigations or verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account status, verification level, and payment method selected. VIP Players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. phwow reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments at our discretion to comply with internal risk management procedures and regulatory requirements.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phwow is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing activities. We require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests are processed. This policy exists to prevent our platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Additionally, phwow may conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or suspicious activity patterns and may report such activities to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers provided by phwow are intended for recreational Players and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed Account verification and have not violated any terms of service. phwow reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any Player at our sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

phwow strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, using automated betting systems or bots, wagering opposite outcomes across multiple Accounts, or engaging in any other behavior intended to exploit bonuses unfairly. Players suspected of bonus abuse will have their Accounts suspended, all bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated. phwow may share information about Players engaged in bonus abuse with other gaming operators and regulatory authorities.

5.4 Maximum Bet Rules

While an active bonus is in play, maximum bet limits apply. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus funds is Ten Philippine Pesos (₱10) per spin on slots or per hand on table games. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. phwow reserves the right to void winnings if this rule is violated, even if such violation was unintentional.

6Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games offered by phwow use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are determined based on market conditions and third-party data feeds. phwow does not manipulate game outcomes or odds to favor the house beyond the normal mathematical edge inherent in each game. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action: using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets; colluding with other Players or third parties; exploiting software bugs or errors; engaging in fraudulent activity; using insider information for sports betting; chip dumping or transferring funds between Accounts; reverse engineering or hacking phwow systems; or any other activity that gives you an unfair advantage or violates the spirit of fair play.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or any other technical issue that affects game outcomes or betting results, phwow reserves the right to void all affected bets and game rounds. If an error results in incorrect crediting of winnings to your Account, phwow reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your Account balance accordingly. Players are encouraged to report any suspected errors or malfunctions immediately to customer support.

7Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 Age Verification

phwow is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use our Services. We employ multiple verification methods to confirm Player ages, including document verification and third-party age verification services. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

phwow provides responsible gaming tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activities. Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and wagering limits through their Account settings. 8Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your phwow Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at the Player's request, subject to phwow approval and completion of verification procedures.

8.2 Termination by phwow

phwow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a security risk, or if we believe continued provision of Services to you would be harmful to our business interests or reputation. In the event of termination for cause, phwow reserves the right to confiscate any deposited funds and winnings.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phwow may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is less, for dormant Accounts. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied and will have the opportunity to prevent such fees by logging into their Account or making a deposit.

9Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the phwow website and platform are owned by or licensed to phwow and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from our platform without prior written consent from phwow.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue using them. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phwow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, any activity related to your Account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any person accessing your Account, or any breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant made by you herein.

12Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and phwow. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13Amendments to Terms and Conditions

phwow reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

16Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phwow regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.
